YOUR BUSINESS SALE
Privacy for Business Owners
This page explains what this website collects when you request a business valuation conversation and how that information is used.
Information you choose to provide
The form asks for your industry, revenue range, company name, business state, name and email. You may also provide a profit range, website, phone, contact time and intended sale timing.
Please avoid sending account numbers, passwords, financial statements or customer lists through this form.
How the request is handled
Requests are sent to our Website Control Center, which stores lead information and uses technical checks to help prevent spam and abuse.
We share valuation requests with an independent business valuation partner, currently Earned Exits, for assessment and follow-up. That partner handles information it receives under its own privacy practices.
Website operation and analytics
Hosting services process technical request information needed to serve and protect the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics may be enabled to measure aggregate website use.
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver those files. This website does not ask visitors to create an account.
Choices and questions
You can browse the seller guides without submitting the valuation form. If you submit a request, provide only the details you want considered in that inquiry.
Use the contact form to request a correction, ask about deletion, or raise a privacy question. Identify your earlier request using the same email address; do not include sensitive documents.
We review requests in light of operational and legal requirements. We do not promise a fixed retention period or deletion of records that must be kept.
